Advance Therapy participates in most insurance networks including Medicare. Please be sure to bring your insurance ID card with you to your first appointment.

We are happy to file your insurance claims. Please be prepared to pay your co-pays as services are rendered. You may call the (800) number on the back of your ID card to get a description of your benefits for physical therapy. The Advance Therapy staff will also call to verify benefits at the time of your first appointment. Our staff is trained to provide you with high quality care at the best possible value. We understand that physical injuries and illnesses often cause financial stress and we go to great effort to make the claims filing process as easy as possible.

Medicare has a yearly allowance for physical therapy of $1790.00. If you have had physical therapy already this year you may need to check on the amount of your allowance that is available to you.
